Our Journey & Origin
Established in 2025, the Surya Narain Foundation began as a humble endeavor to translate personal values of kindness into institutional support for rural communities. We set out to bridge the gap in essential resources for families in Bihar, working directly at the grassroot levels.
Our presence in Indrapuri (Patna) and Siwan allows us to run localized, impactful social initiatives. By keeping our approach community-centric, we ensure that every program we run addresses real, lived challenges of the people we serve.
The Legacy of Late Shri Surya Narain Rai
Late Shri Surya Narain Rai lived a life marked by quiet generosity, community service, and deep empathy for the vulnerable. He believed that the true measure of a society is how it supports its most fragile members.
